New apartments (2-3 years) yet, far short of its goals and promises.

This is an apartment community that has great potential but yet, falls short of its goal. Paper thin walls allow a tenant to participate in your neighbor?s activities in the privacy of your own home. Although this apartment community is not designed for children?s activities, do not be concerned, because they (the children) are plentiful and will gather around your window(s) and include you in their every scream. If you want a view, there is a grand view of a lake with a fountain as well as a large wooded area. However, if that doesn?t interest you, don?t hesitate to watch the children performing for you in the garbage receptacles, it?s an eye catcher! There are no apartment occupation restrictions so don?t hesitate to have your four children and your brother and his wife in an 1100 square foot two bedroom apartment. Apartments are nice, again about two to three years old, but with a feeling of haste during they?re construction. The gym is a nice touch but small and subject to treadmills being out of order (often). Pool is very nice and a life guard is included however the rule of no unescorted children under the age of 14 is not always enforced. Information good to know for contractors: There are no restrictions to vehicle types as other developments enforce in this area. This allows a company or a private contractor to park their fleet in front of your apartment! Staff is very nice and supportive however, repairs may take a few times to complete or perfect. I have noticed that with every exiting tenant, prior to a new tenant?s occupation, carpeting is replaced. Great news for the new tenant, but it makes me wonder about getting my security deposit back when I want to move out. I realize there is a lot of negative in this review mixed with very little positive, I apologize for that. But as I?ve said, it?s a nice development that reaches short of its goals. Side note: cat fee is a deposit and $20 extra a month. No dogs allowed although they are present.
