Paper thin wall, noisy neighbor with loud music

I fall in love with this "new" development in the beginning. The layout of the two bedrooms is fine, however, the walls are paper thin. It seems all my neighbors likes to play loud music and ignore if that they are not living in a single family home. I can even feel my ground's shaking. The leasing office not care about it at all. All you can do is call the police. My advise is if you like to play loud music or make noise, you will enjoy living here. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
