This will be our second year here at Woodview with No Rent Increase! For everything you get here the rent is well worth it. From big apartments to free videos or a game of pool. My husband and I love it here! The only problem we had was that our furniture is a little tight in the livingroom, but the size of the livingroom storage closet makes up for it. We made it into an office!
The staff is wonderful! When we told them that we were going on vacation they offered to feed our cat and water the plants so we would'nt have to take them to my mothers.The staff also has great resident parties!

MANAGEMENTSTAFF AT WOODVIEW ACCOMODATING EXCEPT FOR MAINTENANCE.for six years i had to endure a flooded entranceway. too cheap tofix overhead gutter system. Toilet bowl constantly stoppedup. defectiveplumbing. ripped off when i left.KISS YOUR SECURITY GOODBYE. NICE OFFICE STAFF. CHEAP UNCARING FLORHAM PARK OWNERS. LOOK ELSEWHERE.
