Having lived here for a year, I've been satisfied but there are a few problems. As other reviewers have mentioned, the insulation between the top and bottom floors is lackluster. I live on the bottom floor and can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing including their toddler running to and fro, them going to the bathroom and then flushing, their louder conversations among other things. There are spiders which I hate and I usually get rid of at least 5 a month. I don't understand why they did not build a playground since their are so many children here. I like that they do not allow dogs as most people do not pick up after them. However the Canadian geese do leave their 'messes' but not as bad as dogs would have. The office team of Tracy and Kathy are very nice and helpful but the rest of the staff are lacking in this. Maintenance is not bad although you may have to wait a day or two to get something fixed but that's quicker than other places I've heard of. I wish they would enforce parking as there are several junkers that have been parked in the same spot ever since I've moved here. A couple with flat tires and sun damage. If you are military, you get extra perks which is really nice. The walls are thin and damage easily and are difficult to clean. But the apartment is spacious and laid out well. I think the main problem is noisy neighbors. If you have one, there is basically nothing you can do unless you are brave enough to talk to them about it. If not, you just have to grin and bear it or call the police as the office staff will not get involved. If you live downstairs and get an upstairs neighbor with small children....it will be difficult. The main office with it's exercise room, pool table, big screen tv, small stocked bookshelf, free video and dvd rentals, swimming pool, and kitchen is really nice. It is also centrally located between Marlton and Medford but is still secluded enough so that you are not bothered by lots of traffic or people. A new shopping center just opened up next door with some eateries and stores and a gas station. All in all, I would say this is a good place to live.
