WITH MY BUSINESS,I'VE LIVED ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND THIS PLACE IS WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE BEST I'VE BEEN AT.I LIVE SIX MONTHS IN NEW JERSEY AND SIX MONTHS IN FLORIDA OR ARIZONA. I FIRST CAME HERE IN 2001 AND HAVE BEEN COMING BACK EVERY YEAR. I WILL CHOOSE TO LIVE AT WOODVIEW EVERY SUMMER I'M HERE.
MY WIFE HAS A MERCEDES AND MY SON A NEW PORCE, ALONG WITH MY WORK VEHICALES THE OFFICE STAFF ARE GREAT, AND HAVE EVERYTHING READY FOR WHEN WE ARRIVE. THE MANAGER IS EXCELLENT, SHE MAKES A POINT TO GIVE ME THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE FOR THE SIX MONTHS WE ARE HERE. HER SERVICE,ALONG WITH THE STAFF & MAINTENANCE, IS SUPERIOR!

Are you for real? Or, are you living in a separate reality? Woodview apartments are mediocre at best. The Brook View Apartments in Marlton have, or had, everything goes downhill with age, better interiors than Woodview. Both apartment complexes are notoriously noisy between individual apartments. Either you like listening to your neighbors, or you had none. While I lived at Woodview, I had a friend that lived in a different section of Woodview. He told me that he had to put up with every neighborhood kid playing in front of his apartment. I went over to his apartment one time to visit and listened to those kids run in and out of that apartment slamming the front door behind them. My guess is your demented and a little senile. But, of course, apartment living does that to a person. When I lived there my neighbor used to love to play his electric guitar at full blast. Did the office do anything about it? No! The best possible price. That's like saying I went down to the car dealership and got the best possible price even though I paid thousands over the MSRP. The new owners/leasing agents own and run some of the worst apartment complexes in this area. Go by and take a look at the Nieuw Amsterdam complex or the Towers of Windsor Park. Just driving through Nieuw Amsterdam gives me the creeps and an inkling into what third world slum living is like. If you want a half way decent apartment try Bishops View, The Club, Sagemore, or the Highlands at Cherry Hill. There are so many apartment complexes in South Jersey that are just high priced dumps that I wouldnt recommend any of them to anyone, let alone Woodview and its neighbor complex, Hunters Chase, across the street. In fact, the new apartments in Cherry Hill, called Cherry Hill Towers, would be a much better place to park a Mercedes and a Porche, if you actually owned any cars like that. When I lived at Woodview, all I ever saw were a lot of blue collar cars and work trucks and quite a few wrecks from the section 8'ers. Oh yeah, lots of section 8'ers. Oh, I forgot, they call it affordable housing now. Bunch of sponges that pay $400 a month while you pay $1300 a month. Now that's equality in America. You work you're but off to get ahead while some Trenton bureaucrat redistributes you're wealth to some slacker.

I think your rant is ignorant, snobby, and outrageous, marlton_5000. While you do have some valid points, there is a better way to go about posting them. There is nothing wrong with "blue-collar" for one, as most blue collar workers appreciate their money more since they actually work for it, rather than living off of a trust fund like many people in Marlton. Oh, and while section 8 does have a bad reputation, I for one am a grad student making quite a lot of money in the restaurant business and I qualify for section 8 housing. I am no slacker and could easily afford a Mercedes or a BMW, but it would all be for show as I go home to an apartment that I don't even own. I think you should educate yourself a bit more regarding section 8 and people in general, because you are misguided and quite nasty.
