My family (spouse & 2 small children) are thinking of moving in here. We will be coming from Arizona so we may not have a chance to see the apartment before we move. Can anyone give us information on the current statis of this apartment. There have not been any comments for a couple of years. Is it clean, safe, well taken care of' I would love to hear current residents opinions. Thank you.

I have lived here for 6 months, single female with a 60 hr work week with many late evenings. I have never felt safe and comfortable in an apartment environment until I moved here. The grounds are groomed, well kept, maintenance is always accomodating and what's more important, you can park right in front of your unit! At night it's quiet and lighting is okay. There are kids and some noise but that's to be expected--on rare occasions loud music/parties but they end at a decent hour, around 11pm. The residents here are friendly and it's nice to see retiree's make this place their home. The ponds are beautiful with geese and ducks visiting often and it's really more peaceful here than not. I've had friends stay over and they're shocked it's an apartment complex and not individually owned as the place is so well maintained. You will love it here.

I have lived there for over 6 months, and if I didn't know better would believe they're trying to cheat me by adding additional fees to my rent. When I asked why and they say why and I prove them wrong, the fees are still on my invoice. Then there is the smoking of other tenants, and if you are a non smoker, like me, it will be a big problem. The air conditioning is in the front of the units, below balconies and behind hedges. Which means if the person above you or to the side of you smokes and the unit is near them, the a/c sucks in the smoke and your entire apartment, including your clothes, stink of smoke! and don't look for any help from the office, they smoke too!
