I have never been treated like such crap before . The apartments are falling apart . The managment is horiable and who ever runs the office . The handymen that keep the groungs and fix things never do or do they care to get around to it . They tell you one thing to get to rent and then once you rent your stuck and screwed over . The people that live here are not nice .I have lived her for 2 years and moved to a smaller unit and its a whole nother world . I would never move here its over priced and the apartments are falling apart . They just want your money. They are nice in the begining and after that once your in you wish you never rented from woodview apt in marlton. I have heard so much crap that goes around here from neighbors and so many people are unhappy and there is nothing we can do . So my advice go somewhere else and when yo rent her the rent goes up ever year 10% or 100$. I can go on and on ,but I'm trying to find a way out . I live here has a single mom with my 8 year old and we are out of here but I have to pay 2500 to break o lease I just sign in this smaller discusting unit , and I live very nice and cannot live or be treated this way anymore.
