The rent is way too high for what you get!!!! The pool is always closed in the summer, they always say its broken and never open it. They recently put in new laundry rooms except they are constantly in a mess because no one cleans them up The wash machines are unplugged half the time, filled with sometimes with garbage in them, no one ever cleans up the laundry rooms. You can not rely on the office for repairs, half the time you call there, there is no one around, i'm begining to think there is only one person who works in there 2 times a week. One time i had no toilet for 2 days, before i was able to get in contact with someone at the office. The tennant upstairs bath tub broke once, and they had to take out the ceiling my bathroom to fix it. When they did so they left a dusty mess, and never painted over the bare sheetrock and spackle job, i called them to come back to paint, and they never did. I wish you the best of luck with parking in this over crowded parking lot in the evening. Some of the neighbors own a second broked down junk car which is just parked constantly in the lot taking up spaces and never moves, while you get ticketed for parking in a no parking zone, because you have no choice. I brought the parking issue to offices attention, but the cars still remained parked in the same spots. Please consider other places before picking this place, this place is just another expensive dressed up average apartment complex, with high rent, and nothing to offer for it. STAY AWAY!

i'm so glad i'm not there anymore. the only joys i had of living there were the freshly paved parking lot near the old office and the office relocating. although i didn't enjoy the view of the dumpster and the loud neighbors that were there when i first moved in. the laundry rooms epitomize ghetto.
