i've lived here for three years, in 3 years my rent has gone up $300 dollars!!!!!!!!!!! everything is electric and i average $300 a month(2br apartment) all year round, in the winter i paid $500 one month and $400 the next wtf!!!!!!!!!! you pay an additional $65 dollars for water and sewage which they dont even have an individual meter that goes to your apartment, it is calculated for the whole building and then divided up by the apartments in the building wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!! the rent for new occupants is $1495 for 2br plus your $300 for electic average plus $65 for water/sewage...you do the math...WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!
So you would figure the apartments are great, they're good but not enough for justify your payments per month...rooms are a good size but your closet space makes you purchase extra space(i do believe they conveniently offer that so you can pay them more)...most of staff is great...and then there's lisa...rude, obnoxious, noncaring, never there(i guess she's built up a lot of personal days).
all in all nice apartments but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
