Overall I like living at Barrington Gardens...I do agree that they tend to raise the rent too much ea. year when renewing the lease. I was paying 720.00 when I moved in six years ago and now pay close to 900.00. I notice the rent increase is due to Home Properties which is the new leasing company that owns the complex..they have been jacking the rent ea. year. I agree the pool is always closed for "repairs"..It happened many times this past summer..which is frustrating when you have a child and worked sooo hard to get them ready ..walk over to the pool..just to find out the pool is closed. Jenna was a total -----..thank god she is out of here :0)
Parking sucks...you have to park behind buildings..in the summer it doesn't matter..but come winter it sucks..they don't work hard at shoveling the snow either.
Now after reading my review..this place isn't sooo good.
