I have been living in Chestnut Court for about a year. It's the worst period of my lifetime. It's the worst management I have ever dealt with. Noise level is so high in this apartment that you can even hear next door sneezes in the middle of the night.
The lawns and walkways are poorly managed, everywhere dog/cat poo everywhere. Besides, the Manager is the worst person to work with. Till the moment you sign you are contract, she will be extremely nice, but once you have signed into it, that's it you are doomed till your contract expires. She will treat you like a bug, if you ever call her or stop by for anything. And the management is worst than her. She is the reason my friend moved to a different aprtment although it's very far for his work. Even I am not going to extend my contract. Done with this HELL hole and all her devils play. Talk about the management they are even worse than her. They will never pick up the phone, nor do they respond for any postal letters. The quality of the apartment materials are very sub-standard. Very ugly exteriors, very weak patio, it may fall down anytime. Poor heating/cooling systems. Very limited parking. Sometimes, I had to park at my friends place and hitch back a ride. The only good thing about the apartment is it's Supervisor Don. He is very responsive and a nice person to deal with. But this poor guy is very busy and can't be reached for most of the time. But, once you tell him any issue, he will get it done pretty quick and neat.

Otherwise, THIS APARTMENT IS A PIECE OF DUNK...DON'T EVER THINK OF MOVING IN EVEN THEY PROVIDE 1-YR FREE RENT......
