In February we got new owners. Thank God, cause the previous owners were horrible.
The new owners plan on making alot of improvements to the property.
We can see the contractors are starting work already.
The girl in the Rental Office is very friendly and professional.
When we need maintenance in our apartment, we don't have to wait forever.
The apartments are the largest in the area by square foot, I looked at all of them before I moved in here. They have central air, no more disgusting wall unit.
Mini-blinds and verticals installed when I moved in, which was a plus.
I have two cars, so one I keep in the garage and one in the parking lot.
The neighbors are nice, mostly working people, no riff-raff.
It's a very secure area. I really like it here.
