To address some of your concerns:
(1) All apartment/condo walls are thin. If that bothers you, you should probably buy a house.
(2) If there is any disturbance, you should call the police. If you do not, how do you expect it to stop'
(3) If I call the pet service, the next day there will be dog waste on the property. All applicants are informed that we are pet friendly.
(4) Don the superintendant is awesome, you are correct about that.
(5) Your neighbors are entitled to put belongings on the porch, so are you.
(6) If you need repairs in your apartment, call the office.
(7) Again, call the police immediately. These people look for places, specifically large buildings, where they cannot be seen. CALL THE POLICE!!!!
(8) We have a vendor, with a blue van, who periodically cleans the dumpsters of large appliances and metal. We are sorry that his "appearance" offends you.
This is your community. We are not "mind readers". If we are not told of the problem, how do you expect us to correct it' I suppose it is easier to bad mouth the property as "unresponsive" and "unprofessional" then to expend the additional effort to help make it better.
Sincerely,
Maria Cicalese
