We know the walls are thin, funny I get very few complaints about that.
When I do, my "attitude" is to suggest that both parties talk to each other first before I get involved.
If that doesn't take care of the problem, a phone call is made and possibly a Notice to Cease is sent.
If the problem still occurs, a Notice to Quit could be sent, BUT never without evidence, ie: Police Reports.
I live in a house and my neighbors on both sides make noise, so good luck with that too.
I see you also believe you know what the cops are thinking. They have told me personally that they don't mind coming out to resolve a problem, that is what they get paid for, so wrong again.
The pool was trashed by the previous owners, that you lived here with, so you knew all about that.
I see you also forgot to mention the millions we spent on this property since we took over to make it a decent place for people to live again.
I guess you were too busy counting the bugs in the Laundry Room.
