Longbrook apartments is incredibly overpriced for what you get. A one bedroom starts at $850 and a 2 bedroom at about $950. They just put in new windows about 2 months ago, which means rents will probably go up more. They used to have reserved parking until we got new owners. The parking spaces are no longer reserved and they won't even repaint the lines. It takes forever to get something fixed because they fired all but 2 of their maintenance staff.
