Old building. Unmaintained parking lot. They fixed a termite infested part of the building for weeks after I broke the lease while charging me full rent. They did not fix it while we lived there after months of complaning. Two apartments were broken into. Staff misinformed us when they said 15 days notice Ok. They they changed it One month. Did not have any problem with neighbors. Easy access to train station even though it is a bit of a walk.
