This apartment has it's good and it's bad.

We have lived here for 9 months and we are moving out. Moving here from Woodbridge our expenses went from $1500 a month to $3,000 a month. Everything is electric and it's killing us just to live comfortable. We pay on average $175 a month for our electric bill. In the summer the AC worked well, but you had to have it on all the time to be comfortable. This is the worst winter. You put every room up to 80 and it feels like 60. Our bill this winter is $250.00 and I'm still cold and my infant son is suffering with constant colds.

Don't ever be late with the rent because they have a $127 late fee. I agree with the other tenant we got charged a full month rent for 15 days, when we moved in.

We had our car stolen from in front of our apartment.

We got the delux apartment for $1275. I think it's the new windows your paying for. I suggest you get the regular apartment. I got new windows and I'm still cold!


The good thing is I like the area. I'm from Brooklyn, so my nice and your nice may be different. It's clean and for most part it's silent. Unless they are doing construction. The apartment is big and nice. My son liked his school and the bus stops in front the main office.
The people who live here seems to be nice.
They do come right away if something needs fixing.

I feel all this money that we are spending my husband and my kids are better off buying a house. If money is not a problem then this is the place for you!
