I have lived here forever and there are some good and bad things about this place.The mait staff is very nice and they just paved the parking lot...but the road (that is township property) is so bad my car is messed up from it...the rent is so crazy and the whole apt is elec so my bill is 194.00 a month and i never use the heat!!!!The main thing I love is the location the schools for my kids are the best and there are alot of nice stores in matawan.I love matawan but longbrook apts is way over priced(late fee $94.00)they just raised my rent no break for living here for so long and the mang is not that great....the worst thing of all is my crazy nutjob neighbor ....but for all the years i have lived here(i have lived in two diffrent buldings so far) she is the first crazy one i have had....most of the time it is quiet and a nice place to live if i had better credit i would move out and buy a house....i would reccomened living here it is the best one in Matawan most def...(trust me i have looked into all of them)(ken gardens being the worst) The lady in the office is nice and helpful,and the pool is clean and nice most of the time....Good luck
