My wife and I moved here in October and so far haven't had a very pleasant experience so far. First we had to stay at our old apartment for an extra month at a higher rent because the management didn't have the apartment ready at the agreed upon time. When we finally moved in the apartment reeked of chemicals and the walls and doors were disgusting. There were oil stains on the walls, and when they repaint the apartments they just slap on the paint we had clumps of spackle under the paint. It took them almost 5 months to finally come out and fix them, the doors to the bedrooms had so much paint on them that one couldn't be closed and the other one you had to push really hard to close because it would swing back open. The "upgraded bathroom and kitchen" aren't anything to write home about. The kitchen is a nice size but there isn't enough counter space or cabinets. The bathroom had cracked tiles, a light fixture that was falling off the wall, and rather than replacing the tub they just painted it white, and after about 4 months the paint started peeling off, and maitenence said it was because we use a bathmat, I guess they expect you to break your neck! The "Energy Efficient" windows are drafty and the electric costs are crazy. Adrienne in the office is not very pleasent and is rude and condescending. I wouldn't really recommend this apartment to anyone.
