I would like to start by saying the ONLY positive to this place is the convenient location. Other then that all of what has been mentioned here is true and then some. The place doesnt even have any management(On location or by phone) and god forbid u have an emergency or need a question answered u are forced to give ur name and apartment number to the rude and nasty office women(specifically Adrienne). Instead of just apologizing and explaining that she will expedite your request she decides it is more necessary to argue with every person who calls and then will hang up on u like a child. I have never met a supposed customer service representative as rude and nasty as this woman. It all comes down to poor management whom u will never meet nor be contacted by. This place lies to everyone from current tennants to the prospective tennants. My place has the cheap and drafty windows(**Upgraded) that do not come anywhere close to being energy effecient. EVERYTHING is electric and the appliances are either old and crappy or their new and extremely cheap. Their is a massive insect problem due to the poor condition and old age of the buildings. The crew who renovates the apartments are rude, inconsiderate, and most of all they are hack contractors who simply bid the lowest (Teyma Const.).They only work from 930-1130am and 1230-200pm. They obviously steal every dime they can from Morgan properties since they take 4 months to complete a shoddy renovation of the upgraded units as only one person works at a time. If u wish to rent here u might as well go with the cheap ones because the upgraded units are not worth it. Good luck if u would like to have a maitenance free apartment as anything and everyhting can and will break because they consistently fix things the cheapest way possible. Many nieghbors refuse to get repairs since they are never done correctly. There is only two maitenance guys worth a damn and if u have an emergency u would be better off calling ghostbusters because u will not get an answer till the next day. The head of maitenance (Gary) is the only truly trustworthy and competent one among the bunch. Also be prepared for random illegal apartment searches where u will recieve notice the day before that they need access to all apartments without any explanation. Dont even get me started about the road, it looks like it hasnt been paved since the 60's. If u want quality and a nice atmosphere this is definetly not your place. The interior of every apartment has been painted and repainted so many times it just flakes off walls when u touch them. I do repairs myself and have given up trying to complain about things beccause know one really cares. I hope that people read this before they commit!!!
