Constant issues with hot water. Most recently, 2 days without hot water before it was corrected. No update. No return call from management. One can only supspect it was deemed "non-emergency" when reported. Laundry room being used by people who do not live in the rental community. Management has been made aware of it. We have been advised that there will be a key pad placed on the enterance to correct this problem; however, it has been on month, it has been delivered, and it has still not been installed.

New tennant here (3 months into lease) --- The leasing manager is nasty and rude. Never in all of my years of renting have I had to contend with this sort of behavior from a rental manager.

How long should it take to replace a boiler that goes down on the weekend? Do you realize that parts have to be ordered and shipped to the property. Everyone in that building was informed of the situation, which is now resolved. If you are going to post something, at least be accurate about it. A genie does not pop out of a bottle and shake her head to resolve problems in two seconds like some people expect. The keypad to the Laundry Room was also installed after it was shipped. "One can only suspect" when someone does not know what they are talking about.
