When applying for my unit I was taken back by all the rules/policies regarding how many adults can occupy a unit, the salary requirements etc. I did not have any problem getting a unit and I knew I wouldn't; however, after renting for most of my life I thought, wow, this place is real tough, and as a new tenant I welcomed that. I came to find as we entered spring, and now summer that management clearly does not enforce this rule. There are town homes loaded with adults and there are an awful lot of children running around. It's so bad some days that I am wondering if there is a daycare being run out of the one unit. Is that legal in a rental community' It baffles me that management would not be stricter with their policies. Frankly, it's a disgrace. Once again it is apparent that it is more important to this group to have the units full than to have any disregard for the other good tenants who abide by the lease agreements. I only wish I had not believed all the bull handed to me when I moved in about how they were "cleaning the place up." It wasn't worth the 100.00 discount for 6 months. Be very wary before signing on to a lease at this place.

If we are doing such a bad job, why is there a waiting list to get into this property. It's pathetic that a few people have nothing else to do with their time then complain ABOUT EVERYTHING. Take a good look in the mirror and try to do something more positive with your life, perhaps join a health club or volunteer to help needy children.
