If the bed bug problem never existed I would have to say that things have gotten progressively better over time while living here. The maintenance man is great and management is quick to address problems when you call. Things have improved. The apartment is nice and the location excellent. It's too bad that this issue with the bed bugs came to be. The owner does address it, but you wonder if it will ever go away.
