Let me try to address some of these postings.
First of all, alot of these postings are full of gossip and misinformation.
For someone to move here in January and know all about the property is not possible.
For someone to live here for ten years and hate it, makes no sense to me.
When I read some of these postings, to me they seem completely ridiculous, which is why I have not responded to them prior. Now that I live here, I feel I must.
Assigned Parking does not work. Even if I had a list of every resident's plate number, a guest could park in someone else's spot, and then what'
Do we waste an hour of my time and the police department's time trying to figure out who is in your spot' No we don't, because the police and I are way too busy to do something like that. I walk my dog every day and night and I see empty parking spaces at all times. Not exactly in front of your apartment as you may like, but it's not like you are walking a long distance to get to your apartment.
Bedbugs are an epidemic in this country. It is something we take very seriously and unlike previous postings, is never ignored by my company. It was ignored by the previous owners. You can get bedbugs at a 5 star hotel, on an airplane, from buying something at a consignment shop or yard sale. If you can find an apartment complex that has not had this problem, you can have my Mercedes Benz. That is how sure I am that you will not be able to do so.
We do the best we can to screen our residents to provide a safe environment for all that reside here. For the person who wrote that last posting to say that you are not living with a "good class" of people is extremely insulting. I suggest that you take a good look at yourself in the mirror my friend. I live a life that most women can only dream about. I have extremely high standards for myself and the people I choose to associate with. That standard of excellence also transfers over to my professional life. I have managed this property since May of 2007. I have all the documents necessary to defend this company against libelous claims. By the way, I have resided at Matawan Station Apartments since November 2008, I do that by choice.
