I am afraid to ever ask maintenance to help

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003
My ceiling crashed in the blizzard of 2003.
It took 3 days before any thing was done!!!!
Plus the fact nothing works in the apartment and I am afraid to ever ask maintenance to do anything.
Unless you have a husband or boyfriend to straighten ?Don? out, your shot. He does not care.
Don?t tell Fran anything, she will tell everyone your business.
If I had a choice, I would leave. But, I am stuck here. Enough is enough.
Plus, I do not make enough money to get a two bedroom they say. I have two kids now. And, I am stuck in a one bedroom.
You must make 40 grand to live here. What a crock of ----.
Someone who makes 40 grand or more would not want to live here.
