I'm reading these rating and I can't believe I'm reading these things.I never had a problem and lived in the complex for 4 years. I moved only because of my job.
Don and Fran have never been like they say in the other comments. I noticed that the group of women in one section are always the ones who have the MOST to say BUT they are still renting. If tenants were that unhappy they would all move. I did not have the time to be a busy-body and got along fine.
