THUGS, managing this place

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
 
I have been living here for the past few years and will be moving out very soon. Reasons:
1. There are many apartments empty and no-onw would rent; obviously because of the condition
2. The rental agreement totally negates the NJ Renters laws. Read both if you don't believe.
3. People managing the place and thugs; its like gang robery
