Childrens Playgrounds - In TreeHaven 2 you cannot miss the fithy carseat in side the dilapidated rusted fenced in "playground". As a grandparent, having swings nearby would have been convienent. They are unfit for mine. Be aware of all the basement windows. They are either broken or missing and open for water(which are soaked on a rainy night) and rodents. bed bugs once again once again 5/13/09 bed bugs in the complex that has the laundry room. landlord aware of the problem for a few weeks and doing nothing.

Improving If the bed bug problem never existed I would have to say that things have gotten progressively better over time while living here. The maintenance man is great and management is quick to address problems when you call. Things have improved. The apartment is nice and the location

Horrible Constant issues with hot water. Most recently, 2 days without hot water before it was corrected. No update. No return call from management. One can only supspect it was deemed "non-emergency" when reported. Laundry room being used by people who do not live in the rental

Great! I just moved here at the end of January. The people keep to themselves, which makes for a quiet area. There are plenty of parking spots. The apartments are spacious. The manager at the rental office is always courteous and helpful. I definitely reccommend Tree Haven 3.
