Not too shabby - Im now going on my second year with the Barrington Community and when im not working, or with family I very much enjoy myself in my home. Not Worth This place is not really worth for the price we pay.
Pros:Parking is adequate; Has dog park.
Cons:Dogs poop all around and poor slab insulation's. Too much creepy noise when you walk around inside the apartment.
Most of the deliveries get misplaced and no one ever tries to inform

hellish when i first moved to matawan village it was under the management of simon holdings ,don and fran were great and the grounds were impeccable however in the past two years they hired carlos sanchez as maintenence and the place litterally went to sh** . i have since moved and the property
