Have been living here for about eight years. The apartments are nice and the rent is reasonable. The grounds are maintained and parking is ok. The fireplaces are a nice touch as well as the washer and dryers in each unit.

About a year ago, new neighbors moved in downstairs, these folks seem to have lots and lots of friends and in any given time you might find seven or eight different people residing in this apartment. Last summer I would come home to dozens of cars parked on the side of the building and people standing around outside my front door smoking cigarettes or talking loudly on cell phones (all at my downstairs? neighbor). For the first time ever, I had to actually go downstairs and ask them to turn down their music... aye carumba! I understand that these folks work hard and are untitled to live their lives, but show some class.
