What a dump

You cant even park in front of your apartment. So when it is pouring down rain you have to park around the back of the building and walk aroung. The gas bill was way too high. That was due in part to poor installation . Some of the appliance look like there from the stone ages. Don't even get me started on the mold outside the building.
