Where should I start' How about the jet engine of a heater and air conditioner' You have to turn up your tv when the heat or air comes on! And it comes on every 2 minutes due to poor insulation. Speaking of poor insulation, the walls should just be made of paper - just as sound proof. When you complain about noisy neighbors, nothing is done. Oh and they claim they keep the place nice' Have you every looked at the endless supply of trash (bottles, cans, cigarettes) lining your way as you take the nice long walk in the rain to your car from your front door. I'm thinking of getting a bike for the long commute! One more thing, if you like bugs, this is the place for you!! They get in everywhere they can and keep you company on those long nights you are up listening to noise!!!!!!
