I lived here for two years and honestly this is not a great place to live for $1250 a month.There are a lot of bugs, one night i caught 10 or 20 of them crawing in my bedroom. If you call the matinence to take care of the bugs they just come over and spray some chemical which i had a allergic reaction to. parking is sometimes a nighmare. and in bad weather conditions large piles of some kind of weather collect on the ground and create hell for waking to your car in the back of the apartments. and if your a pet owner.. wow $500 dollars to get them in and then $25 dollars a month. and the matinence guy isnt all there and drives his severly poluting truck around which by the way is really discusting. the archetcture of the fireplace is really screwed up because when you set a fire a smoke stain gathers on the wall above it. so honestly save your money and dont live here if your a severe arachnophobic, which i am, or if you dont like discusting outdated apartments like the Ceaders At Medford. oh and by the way one day i was walking around at 2 or 3 in the afternoon and a burglar smashes a window, and almost attacking me when he made a break for it. so please if you really want to live in a decent apartment complex don't live here...
