I have lived here for the past three years, like anywhere else you are always going to have some neighbors that you dont like, but on the upside you dont have to hear it in your apt.the walls surrounding the apt are cinderblock and the ceiling is precast cement so you cant here much of anything through them.
The roofs were all replaced last summer and the upstairs apts. were insulated. Also all the heaters were replaced in the past five years, and it is great my heat bill went down a good bit even with the gas price hike.
The pool is great durring the summer. It has also been refurbished since I have been here.
The maintance staff is very accomidating. and shows up in a reasonable time to repair our problems.
Overall this property is great.
