Cedars at Medford

Pros and Cons... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Cedars has it's pros and cons about the apartments that i have lived in for over 2 years now. The Pro's: Spacious apartments/new appliances/decent neighbors/fireplace works great. Quiet. Easy access to shopping/schools. Keeps landscape in good condition(summer time).Office works always in great mood and help you when needed.No Problem with pets allowance. Cheap security deposit/pet deposit. The Con's: Insect infestation with the change of seasons/Cold and drafty apartments all year around. Cost as much to heat my apartments as it is for a 3 story house. Neighbors will never get evicited for behavior that is not conducted properly by the apartment policies and all the office does is renew there yearly contract with mulitiple police activity problems. If you need something fixed the last week of the month wait until after your rent check clears for the next month for them to fix the problem. Pay too much in rent to have to pay for pool access. There winter landscaping contractor does very poor work with leaves/snow/ice. No reall good draining system installed for rain. Make sure you get flood insurance since it's swamp lands. As you can see I find more wrong with the place, but I want my kids to get the best education they can get with what we can afford. We just can't wait until our contract is up to get out and find something better.
