We have lived here two years in a three bedroom unit with basement. Our unit is bigger than many houses. The rooms are big and sunny, The super is responsive and friendly. Cons are that it is quite expensive, over 2,000 dollars. Also, the neighborhood tends to be rather transient and I have found that people mostly keep to themselves...so there is not a feeling of a community that there might otherwise be. On the other hand, the complex is far from traffic and laid out in a large circle, making it safe for the children to play.
