Awful service. Aparmtnets are freezing in the winter and extremely hot in the summer

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
You'll never get a hold of anyone on the phone.
They'll don't let you out of contract early, you'll have to pay for the rest of the year.
Everything is cheap and falls apart the second you touch it.
The walls are paper thin, you hear everything your neighbor is doing.
If your neighbor is cooking, you smell everything.
The rent is way overpriced.
