These guys are cash sharks ! Beware of just having your payment received late just one day. They send you a nasty letter that they are going to initiate eviction proceedings. If their attorney does initiate the proceedings, even if they receive the payment the next day, they are going to charge you a $25 late fee plus $97 attorney fees. How nice! I haven't seen anything like this.

I was told also by another tenant that when they received a late payment (by a few days within the current month), they refused to talk on the phone directly with the tenant. They told the tenant to talk to their lawyer...

I found it also very hard to find anything about the company behind these appartment complex: Hensyn Inc. Their operation seems very secretive.

Other than that, when I moved in, they didn't paint the appt. but rather just spot sprayed the walls. No complaint could go further. I stayed here for a while since I don't particularly like the process of moving.
