pleasant place to live

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
We lived here for an year.
Before you rent, the apt is renovated nearly like new.
Good flooring .
All appliances are in good condition too.
the central Ac and heating is very good.
Though the grounds are not very well maintained, the complex has a nice flavor.
@ bedroom apt hard to find though.
overall recommended.
