After leaving there for about a year, I made the mistake of renewing my lease. Right after that I lost my job. So, I contacted the office and told that I would need to leave. They wanted me to pay for all months that I was supposed to be there. Without a job, it was impossible, so I left anyways after writing a letter saying that I needed to move out since I got a job offer on another state. I gave up on the secure deposity, US1750.00,
But now they are using a debt collector agency that does not stop to send me nasty letters, charging for a bunch of months that I wasn't there. This is autrageous, usually after a year you go automatically on a month to month basis...
I wrote them letters explaining the situation, but they simply ignored all my letters. Usually after a year, you can go on a month to month without problens. These people don't care, they behave like loan sharks ! BE ADVISED.
The office lady, does not handle anything. She has no powers. and if you call the real landlord/admin they are usually really nasty on the phone. (they don't want to hear from you, they ask you to communicate in writing, them later on they igonore your communication... DON'T RENT THERE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!

Thanks a lot for your warning. It is outrages. I planed to rent there, but now I will not.
