Good at first....then lies.... So when I moved in the ad claimed a pool was on the grounds, yet never opened. My neighbor had garbage on his patio I kept complaining but no one ever did anything about it. The rate was late 3 x and I ended up paying all kinds of fee's. The only 2 nice people

NOISY I currently live in Knollwood, and it's okay, but it's extremly noisy if your on the first floor. The floors and walls are very old and thin and you can hear everything, it's really annoying!

great at first but this past year the maintenence people have not plowed the parking lots or iced the walkways in a timely fashion at all. I´m surprised that the senior citizens who live here can even get out of their apartments without breaking a hip.

Good Lived in a 1-bedroom first floor. The noise level was pretty high from my upstairs neighbors who kept late hours. Management didn´t do anything about it. Aside from them, apt. is really nice/complex is quite clean, safe. Good schools and convenient location to shopping, but very quiet.

awful i've moved around a lot, and this is by far the worst place i have ever lived. the rent is too high for what you get. parking is a nightmare most of the time, due to people having way too many people over at all times of the day. the neighbors are about 50/50. the tenant below
