I have only lived here since August, I love my apartment, but I must agree with everybody else that maintenance and service sucks. About 1 month ago when it was raining terribly outside my walls started bubbling and dripping. I called the office to tell the manager, or whoever she was. She told me that she would have somebody out the next day...I have yet to have somebody come and fix my wall. It is now cracked and is making my dining room look disgusting. Not to mention the fact that I see the same thing happening to the ceiling. Another complaint I had was the hot water. I can't take a shower longer than 3 minutes and it gets cold. These people have major fixing to do. It's a shame too, because these apartments are so nice. Maintenence is just letting them loose their value as the days go by.
