After viewing the website for this Royal Oaks, my wife and I were very impressed. However,in our current complex the lease says no pets! When we signed our lease we asked if there were any loops in this policy' They firmly said no! However a week after moving in, there were more dogs being walked on the grounds than there would be in a kennel.So we then purchased a pug.

Some places use the "no pets" rule as a deterant to minimize the amount of tenants coming in w/ pets. We currently have a small Pug (under 25lbs)and we were wondering what the policy is at Royal Oaks. Is there a "no pet" policy' If so, is this a strict rule that is well enforced or is it just something on paper'

Again we really like the complex and would like to go visit. However, we are not from the area and would rather NOT waste out time visiting if we can not bring our pug. If anyone who has lived there or knows someone who does can help, please post immediately. We are planning our trip this weekend!!
