As everybody has mentioned ..This place sucks !! and sucks big time!!

Listed are the Cons of this place

1) The management attitude is pathetic. The ladies here act as if they pay your rent.

2)The apartments are badly insulated. Thus the amenities bills are really high, ranging from 110 to 150 for gas and electricity and sometimes even more.

3) The other Amenities that the apartment provides are really bad. They say that they have a gym and a swimming pool. Both are mostly closed. In case the Gym manager is not busy, its open from 11.00 in the afternoon to 6.00 in the evening. Again its like doing a favour to the tenants.

4) Hardly any grocery shops close by. NJ transit is really far. Sometimes you feel that you are living in a jungle.

5) The apartments are very badly kept and have a odour when you enter the apartments.

6) If you are on the 1st floor you can hear everything the second floor person is doing. Including when he goes to the Bathroom. Feels very disgusting.

7) Kitchen hardly has any light.

I can go on and on!!

There are many such problems.
