Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I have lived at Royal Oaks from 2002 Oct to Oct 2003(my lease expires thiOct 31st).I feel this is the best apts i have satyed so far.Maintanence was pretty good and prompt except once.Management is quite helpful.
