I lived in a first floor apartment. Everyday I would find about 20 bees in the apartment. Some were dead already, but many were not. I was stung twice. The first time I complained the management woman was very nasty with me. I can understand if I was making a big deal about noise or something but bees should not be in your apartment. They are very unprofessional there. As other reviews say, the walls are paper thin. I had a bunch of kids above my apartment and when they listened to their rap music my walls would shake. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I am currently living in Royal Oaks. I agree with this comment (paper thin walls). There is an alcoholic person living above me. He just turns-on the filthy music at 1-2 AM and my apartment's walls start shaking. When he walks my roof starts shaking. Dont live in these shaky apartments.
