We've been living here for the past 3 years and the experience has been very satisfying. You get your money's worth that's for sure. The maintenance service is good and all our calls have been answered on time. The management office is not very courteous and have an attitude problem, but other than that the place itself is excellent. The apartments are very nicely built and the area is neat and clean. We totally recommend Royal Oaks! Sincerely, A satisfied married couple.
