If it leaks, it will be fixed. At least they said. Roof leaked when we moved in. After numerous phone calls and visits to the office, the roof still leaked two years later. Out dated appliances. If it breaks, you'd be better off trying to fix it yourself. The ladies in the office are horrible.
If you press hard enough, you can press your finger throuh the stucco on the outside walls. Very cheap. Could use a pressure washer.
