People in South Brunswick and surrounding areas! Whatever you do, DO NOT rent from Royal Oaks! Thank God we are out of there! The windows nor the entrance door have little or no insulation. In the winter, our bill topped 346.75 for a 2 bedroom apartment! Yikes! When the heat is on, it is like heating for the outside. The washer and dryer emit such a foul odor, that we ended up having to demand a new washer. They refused to replace the dryer which went on the fritz so many times. It never dried on permanent press and we had to dry on the time cycle, at least twice. One can hear what the downstairs neighbor is doing. There is no phone jack in the 2nd bedroom, and the cable outlet in the apartment never worked. One good thing is the maintenance men did the best job they could; but the rude, ----- ass women in the office,should take a Dale Carneige Course. What they dont realise is that without tenants, they are jobless! LET THE RENTER BE AWARE! ROYAL OAKS IS NO HOME FOR ANYONE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE CHILDREN!
