I have lived at Royal Oaks for just over 7 years. It is a nice up to date apartment place. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer. The staff is also very good about fixing things and keeping the grounds up. They also have a wondeful club house and fitness area. The club house was just all re done and can be rented for parties. The compute to the city is very easy from here both by bus and the train.

Man, you must be smokin. I've been in Royal Oaks for 5 years. I CANT wait to get out. The people in the offices whether it be rental office or the business office are just plain -------. Watch out for Sue, she is the biggest of them all. She must have learned that from Rose, the other witch i guess doesnt work the any longer. The area is turning into crap, and its just a unthinkable place to live.
