Royal Oaks offers positive and negative aspects to renting. The pros:
Beautiful interior, very affordable, spacious, losts of closet space, nice amenities, quiet, did I mention very affordable.
cons: heating system (your bill will be very high), outdated and poorly kept club house, things break often, leaky roofs, strick rules about the lease.
My family and I have lived here for 2 years and will be leaving in May because of the commute. Civilization is at least 20 minutes in either direction. Good Luck!!
